Age limit
• There is no age limit for the posts of Professor and Associate Professor.
• Candidate’s upper age limit is 40 years for Assistant Professor.
• Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification
• Candidates should Passed Recognized veterinary qualifications included in the first and second schedule in Indian Veterinary Council Act; 1984.
• Candidate must be registered with a State Veterinary Council/ Veterinary Council of India.
• Candidate must be Passed B.V.Sc & A.H, Master degree in the concerned discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
• Ph.D. in concerned / Allied / relevant discipline with relevant experience.

Rs.1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST candidates) in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favor of Comptroller, SVP University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut payable at Meerut.
Pay Scale
• Professor : Rs.37400-67000 + AGP Rs.10000/-
• Associate Professor: Rs.37400-67000 + AGP Rs.9000/-
• Assistant Professor: Rs.15600-39100/- + AGP Rs.6000/-
Selection process
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in academics, work experience and Interview.
