Age Limit

• Not less than 18 years for all posts and not more than 30 years for post no.1 to 13 as on 28 February 2014.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification

• Staff Nurse, Grade-C: 12^th passed and ‘A’ Grade Nursing Diploma or Certificate from a recognized Institute approved by the Govt.
• Jr. Overman, Grade-C: Diploma in Mining Engineering with Valid Gas Testing Certificate, Valid First Aid Certificate and Overman Certificate of competency granted by DGMS.
• Mining Sirdar, Grade-C: 10^th passed or equivalent from recognized Board with Valid Certificate of Mining Sirdarship. First Aid & Gas Testing Certificate issued by DGMS under Coal Mine Regulation 1957.
• Dy. Mine Surveyor, Grade-C: 10^th passed with Surveyor Certificate of competency granted by DGMS valid for working in Coal Mines only. Preference shall be given to Diploma holder with above qualification of competency.
• Jr. Stenographer (OL)-Rajbhasha, Gr. C: 10^th passed or equivalent examination from a recognized Board of examination with Hindi as one of the subject, OR Matric with certificate in Hindi like Prabhakar Praveshika etc and Certificate issued by board/ITI regarding speed of 80 w.p.m. in Hindi Shorthand and 30w.p.m. in Hindi Typing.
• Jr. Stenographer (English), Gr. C: 10^th passed or equivalent examination from any recognized Board of Examination and Certificate issued by technical board/ITI regarding speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40w.p.m. in typing.
• Tech. Radiographer /MRI Tech (Tr.), Gr. C: 10^th passed and Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technology from Govt. recognized Institute with 3 years Experience as MRI in recognized Institute/Govt. Hospitals.
• ITI Electrician Trainee, Cat III: 10^th passed with ITI in Electrician Trade and completed Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act-1961.
• ITI Fitter Trainee, Cat III: 10^th passed with ITI in Fitter Trade and completed Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act-1961.
• ITI Welder Trainee, Cat II: 10^th passed with ITI in Welder Trade and completed Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act-1961.
• HEMM Operator Trainee, Cat II: 10^th passed with ITI in Diesel/Motor Mechanic Trade and completed Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act-1961 with valid HMV License.
• Asst. Foreman (Tr.), Mechanical, Gr. C: Diploma in Mechanical Branch.
• Asst. Foreman (Tr.), Electrical, Gr. C: Diploma in Electrical Branch.
• Astt Security Sub Inspector, Gr. D: Graduation and Only Ex-Army/Ex-BSF Personnel or NCC B & C Certificate holder can apply.
• Security Guard, Gr. G: 10^th passed and Only Ex-Army/Ex-BSF Personnel or NCC B & C Certificate holder can apply.

Application Fee

• General/OBC category candidates are required to pay application fee of Rs.100/- only through SBI Bank demand draft made in favour of "Northern Coalfields Ltd, Singrauli" payable at Morwa.
• SC/ST/PWD/Dept. Candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

Selection Process
The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of written Examination and interview.

• Offline candidates can apply through prescribed format and send applications along with 2 copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer, attested photocopies of the Certificates/Testimonials in support of Age, Educational Qualification, Caste & PH & Other related Certificates Issued By Competent Authority, Experience etc. by Ordinary Post Only to Post Box No. 2508, Karol Bagh Post Office, New Delhi- 110005 on or before 31 March 2014.
